Our wedding package is designed to cater to individual needs and provides absolute privacy and dedication to a memorable and romantic wedding day in our exclusive outer island chapel or as selected in our tropical landscaped gardens or on the beach.

Outer Island Wedding Package $1800 per couple

Includes:

  • Wedding licence and official registration fees (including Minister or Celebrant’s return transport to the island).
  • Detailed meeting with wedding co-ordinator
  • Minister fees (including transfers across to Bokissa)
  • Choice of ceremony location in the “Outer Island Chapel” or gardens or on the beach
  • Brides arrival by traditional outrigger canoe (optional)
  • Tropical decoration of chapel and ceremony area including floral archway.
  • Champagne for toast after the ceremony
  • Special Chef’s selection dinner for two in romantic setting.
  • Melanesian Children’s Choir
  • Island bouquet and buttonhole flowers

If you stay at Bokissa Private Island Resort for a minimum of 4 nights, honeymooners receive a complimentary bottle of Champagne, flowers and tropical fruit platter in their room on arrival OR a complimentary Romantic Candle lit Dinner for Two with Bottle of Champagne on our Wharf over the Water.

legal requirements

Contact the marriage coordinator in Vanuatu at least 6 weeks before the wedding date. At least 4 weeks prior to the wedding, the coordinator must receive the following documentation:

  • Photocopies of birth certificates of both bride and groom
  • Photocopies of passports (showing the photo page) of both bride and groom.
  • If either the bride or groom were previously married or held another name, send photocopies of the divorce papers or name change papers.
  • Completed Notice of Intended Marriage form.

The required forms must be faxed, sent by post or courier to the marriage coordinator so that they arrive at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

If the couple is travelling alone, the marriage coordinator can provide witnesses.
